How reserving works
We keep the process simple and transparent, and we never ask for payment before you have spoken with us and seen the puppy.
- Reach out about the puppy you are interested in.
- Talk with us by phone or video, and meet the puppy in person or on a live call.
- Reserve with a deposit of [amount], with the balance due at pick-up. [Edit your deposit and refund terms.]
- Pick-up day at around 8 weeks, with health records and a starter pack.
